Middle UX/UI designer 2

? What do we expect:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in product design;
• Ability to autonomously plan and run design activities on the project;
• Experience in UI/UX conceptualization from scratch;
• Proven track record of full scale redesign campaigns for established SaaS, fintech or Web3 products;
• Experience in daily communication and workshops with clients and stakeholders;
• Advanced understanding and experience in building and supporting the design systems;
• Experience in prototyping and interaction design;
• Solid product design portfolio that showcases your skills;
• Upper Intermediate and higher;
• Permanent curiosity and a strong will to grow. The main thing.

? It will be a plus:

• Hands-on experience in prop-tech, fintech or SaaS domains would be a plus;
• Interest in joining the pre-sale sessions;
• Ambitions in growing to the Lead Designer position in mid-term prospective;
