Recovering your account password

To recover your U-Prox Home account password, click the “Forgot your password?” button and enter the email address used to register your account.
The same reset procedure applies to the U-Prox Installer application.
After that, a letter with a link will be sent to the specified email address. Follow the link and set a new password.
