On January 22, a landmark event for the Ukrainian security market, “Security Synergy,” organized by our partners Viatec took place in Kyiv, at which U-PROX brand manager Mykola Shevchenko gave a presentation entitled “Solutions in Action: Practical Implementation of Projects.”

The main idea of his speech was that every effective solution begins not simply with the selection of equipment, but with a deep understanding of the customer’s task and an analysis of their business processes.

Mykola demonstrated successfully implemented cases with a brief analysis of the tasks that were solved for customers.

In addition, the event featured the presentation of the Security Awards 2025, which recognizes projects that are shaping the future of the security industry.
U-PROX presented its own special award, “Smart Access Innovation,” focused on the most innovative approaches in the field of access control.

The winner was a large-scale project to integrate the U-PROX ACS with the internal ERP system for MHP an international company in the field of food and agricultural technologies.

The implementation of this project allowed MHP to fully automate working time accounting through integration with a single personnel management system (ERP). Personnel synchronization was also implemented from the central ERP server for many structural units in a distributed system with separate ACS servers.

Thanks to the introduction of biometric terminals, the company replaced subjective assessments with objective data, which not only helped to enhance security, but also significantly improved discipline and optimized the company’s resources.

On August 7, in Kyiv, together with our partner, Triniti-SB company, we held a seminar-presentation of U-PROX and TVT Digital new integration solutions in the field of video surveillance, security systems, and access control.
